KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has dismissed a bid by P. Uthayakumar to appeal against the Sessions Court decision which jailed him for two and a half months for sedition.
In handing down his judgment on Tuesday, High Court judge Justice Azman Husin did not give any reasons for the dismissal of the appeal.
