More Customs officers may be nabbed over drug syndicate links

KUALA LUMPUR: More Customs Department personnel may be hauled in over their possible involvement with international drug syndicates.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said initial investigations revealed that such activity might not only be occurring at the KL International Airport where four senior Customs officers were recently nabbed after being found to be working with syndicate members from Nigeria and India to smuggle in drugs.
