Expert: Many waiting for discounts on fines

PETALING JAYA: Many traffic offen­ders delay paying their summonses because they have benefited from discounts or amnesty in the past, an expert says.

Psychologist and Criminologist Dr Geshina Ayu Mat Saat said the traffic offenders preferred to wait for discounts which had been offered by the Government before.
