KUALA LUMPUR: A company managing director was acquitted and discharged by the Sessions Court here for cheating a former Sime Darby project manager via two cheques totalling RM234,420 four years ago.
Judge Mat Ghani Abdullah made the decision after the defence had succeeded in establishing reasonable doubt in the case involving Leong King Ho, 48, yesterday.
