KOTA KINABALU: A minimum in the price of houses that foreigners can purchase in Malaysia is among the proposals forwarded to the Finance Ministry ahead of the 2014 Budget.
Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan said this was among suggestions put forth to rein in property prices nationwide.
