A 15-year-old boy died after he suffered leg cramps and drown while swimming in flood waters some two meters from his home at Kampung Kubang Bongor in Nilam Puri, Kota Baru. During the 1.30pm incident, Muhammad Danial Asyraf Muhammad Zulkhairul Adha was reportedly frolicking in a flooded swamp with his 19-year-old uncle and another 15-year-old teenager. According to the father, Muhammad Zulkhairul Adha Ghazali, his eldest son suddenly disappeared from sight and was later found at the bottom of the swamp at 2pm.
