Pervert tied to tree with stolen lingerie

Angry villagers publicly shamed a man by tying him to a tree with bras and panties he had stolen from women in Kota Kuala Muda, Kedah. Earlier, he was seen roaming suspiciously in the village during noon before he was caught red-handed stealing undergarments from different houses. A local, Ahmad Kamil Mihamad, 40, said a few men captured the pervert and found a bucket filled with bras and panties. "We were puzzled because undergarments have been missing from the clothesline, and didn't expect the man who appeared recently several days ago was a thief," he said. The villagers decided not to lodge a report against the pervert, but handed him over to the police for action.
