Group: More investments needed to strengthen state’s economy


JOHOR BARU: There is an urgent need for the state government to boost efforts to strengthen Johor’s economy by attracting more investors and offering more incentives to support local businesses to be more competitive.

Johor Indian Business Organisation (Jiba) president P. Sivakumar said the influx of local and foreign investors would not only create job opportunities but also benefit Johor-based small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
