Kemas staff go back to ‘school’

LEARNING never stops for 90 staff members from the Department of Community Development (Kemas). They are undergoing a four-month course in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang.

The ‘students’ are required to attend classes twice a month on weekends from now until December.
