SIBU: Sibu Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) has for the first time won the Best UTC award for the Town category.
UTC Sibu was built at a cost of RM30mil and started its operation on March 15, 2016 operating at Levels 8, 9 and 10 of the Sibu Central Market building.
