Foreign workers at Cheras shoplots cause never-ending 'flying rubbish’ problem


Alam Flora workers have to clean Jalan Selimang’s back lane up to three times a day due to the amount of garbage dumped there.

THE back lane behind Jalan Selimang in Taman Tenaga, Cheras, resembled a minefield of rubbish with food and household waste strewn all over the entire 542m-long stretch.

Alam Flora Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Zain Hassan said its workers, sometimes, would clean Jalan Selimang’s back lane up to three times a day due to the amount of garbage dumped there.
