KUCHING: Malaysia should consider practising “positive discrimination” in education to help improve the performance of rural schools and students, says Datuk Seri Michael Manyin.
The Education, Science and Technological Research Minister said many rural schools in Sarawak lacked proper infrastructure and basic amenities.
