New Jelutong MP draws up plans for his constituency

AFTER winning the Jelutong parliamentary seat, newly elected MP R.S.N. Rayer already has a number of plans for his constituents.

Among them are the upgrading of the Jelutong, Perak Lane and Kuantan Road markets.
