THE Royal Malaysia Police College Kuala Lumpur (RMPC) launched its very first cycling troop at the RMPC in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
The event was launched by Bukit Aman’s Management Department director Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Ghafar Rajab.
