Penang Barisan to send out 31 newbies to the battlefield

OUT of the 53 Penang Barisan Nasional candidates contesting in GE14, 31 or 60% will be new faces contesting for the first time.

Its chairman Teng Chang Yeow in announcing the names yesterday said seven of them are under 40.
