Residents of housing area bemoan neighbours dumping rubbish

A resident who declined to be named, said rats can be seen scurrying between the pile of rubbish and nearby houses.

A Taman Silibin Ria resident often watches in frustration as her neighbour carries bags of rubbish to be discarded by the side of the road near a playground in the housing area.

The 33-year-old, who declined to be named, said she is familiar with the neighbour but has not said anything for fear it will cause friction between them.
