KOTA KINABALU: Tourism players in Sabah cannot rest on their laurels if they want to stand out in the industry.

Sabah Tourism, Culture and Environment minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said tourism players should take every opportunity available to improve their service quality and competitiveness.
