Council makes record sweep of certs

THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council entered the Malaysia Book of Records (MBR) as the first local council to receive seven quality management system certifications.

The seven ISO certifications are quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 (QMS), environmental management system ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), occupational safety and health management system OHSAS 18001:2007 (OSHMS), energy management system ISO 50001:2011 (EnMS), quality environment management system 5S (QEMS), information safety management system ISO/IEC27001:2013(ISMS) and anti-bribery management system ISO 37001:2016 (ABMS).
