PETALING Street traders plan to set up a Volunteer Patrol Scheme (SRS) in an effort to combat crime and improve the image of the popular tourist spot.

Neighbourhood Watch Group (KRT) vice-chairman Raymond Khue said it was time they took better care of the popular spot.
