PETALING Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has expanded its award-winning Sack Recycling Project with the opening of a second activity centre in MBPJ’s community hall in Jalan Medan 12, Taman Medan.
The Urban Community Income Generation Activity Centre is a place where a group of women gather on weekdays to craft bags and pouches using discarded banners and bunting.
