Traders irked over notice to renew licences soon


JOHOR BARU: Traders are crying foul over a notice issued by the Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) asking them to renew their licences by the end of the month, or face double the charges or have their licences revoked.

SME Association of Malaysia immediate past president Teh Kee Sin said the move was unfair as licence renewal was supposed to take place next year and not now.
