KUANTAN: Rapha Children’s Home is calling for tender for the construction of a new three-storey building to complement its current home.
Rapha Welfare Society chairman Alex Chow said the completion of the new 8,000 square feet annex in Lorong Air Putih 67 was expected by next year and would house 100 children.
