Heartwarming 50-year reunion for boys of Kedah college

Class act: The old boys of Sultan Abdul Hamid College in Alor Setar, returned to their alma mater to plant Tacoma trees as part of their contribution to the environment.

Tears flowed as men became boys again at college’s golden jubilee celebration.

Fifty years ago, my schoolmates and I walked out of Sultan Abdul Hamid College (SAHC) in Alor Star, Kedah, after our Senior Cambridge exams and bade farewell to our alma mater. This year, as we celebrate the golden anniversary of that momentous event, it was time for Batch 1964 to go home.
