Chef Christibelle Savage has prepared a range of sauces which are sold at Saujana Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

This 63-year-old chef believes in preparing all her sauces and fillings from scratch.

CHRISTIBELLE Savage, 63, has travelled to Indonesia, Taiwan, India and the United States to teach chefs to prepare spicy dishes during her stint as guest chef with the Hyatt hotels.
