Ramadan Delight... Hatten Hotel of Malacca's executive Chef Kelvin Chuah at the Salad Station where fresh greens were among the Ramadan cuisine.

The Hatten Hotel kitchen team has put together an Indonesian themed buka puasa buffet dinner for Ramadan.

The buffet spread offers plenty of salads, pickles, meat, seafood, barbecue, desserts, an assortment of hot and spicy dishes and free flow of selected drinks over three rotational menus during the fasting month.
