I WAS recently admitted to the surgical ward at Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar, Seremban. I was treated well by the medical staff and I am most grateful for that.

However, there were a few issues which needed change; change which I strongly believe could go a long way towards the improvement of the quality of medical care.
