Take up Modi’s invite, Malaysian firms urged


PETALING JAYA: The current leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the historical, cultural and legal relationships between India and Malaysia are reasons why Malaysian companies should consider taking advantage of the explicit invitation by the leader to venture into that country.

Malaysia-India Business Council president Datuk Kuna Sittampalam, who chaired the meeting between the CEOs of top Malaysian companies and Modi on Monday, said there were plenty of opportunities that could be realised with the Modi government.
