KOTA KINABALU: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has seized a cache of explosives during a routine inspection of a boat in waters off the coast.
MMEA Kota Kinabalu enforcement chief Capt Zin Azman Md Yunos said a patrol vessel came across the fishing boat late on Wednesday.
