KUALA LUMPUR: A scuffle broke out between Immigration officers and handphone kiosk operators during a raid on illegal immigrants at a shopping complex here.
The officers had gathered the illegal immigrants near their kiosks at the stairs of the main entrance to Kota Raya yesterday.
