KUALA TERENGGANU: Police have arrested a man suspected to be the ringleader of Geng Pasir Panjang, a syndicate peddling methamphetamine pills here.
In the 10.45pm raid by the narcotics division of the Kuala Terengganu district police on Sunday, police officers caught the 20-year-old man loitering at Jalan Pasir Panjang.
