PETALING JAYA: Indah Water Konsortium’s plans to bill customers based on water usage instead of a flat rate has drawn flak from consumer groups.
However, the National Water Services Commission (SPAN), which regulates IWK, said the new mechanism was still in the planning stages with public consultations conducted since early October for feedback on the proposed tariff system.
