JOHOR BARU: An elderly woman was found dead, believed to have been smothered with a pillow, in a double-storey house at Jalan Cermat 2, Taman Pelangi here, early Saturday.
Johor Baru Selatan district police chief ACP Sulaiman Salleh said the victim, a 72-year-old Indonesian citizen with a Singaporean permanent resident (PR) status, was believed to be at the house to collect the monthly rental from the tenants.
