Nurse mistakenly inserts suppository in wrong orifice

A NURSE mistakenly inserted a suppository into a toddler’s vagina instead of her rectum during treatment to bring down the girl’s fever.

Kwong Wah Yit Poh reported that the hospital authorities in Taipei had apologised over the incident on Wednesday.
