JOHOR BARU: A boat carrying 28 passengers capsized about 15 Nautical miles South West of Tanjung Ketapang, Muar at 11.20am Thursday said the Southern Region Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA).
MMEA operations director Maritime Capt Ibrahim Mohamed said information of the boat tragedy was received by VTS Klang.
