KUALA LUMPUR: In the latest series of disputes involving gold trading, 1,065 gold traders are suing gold investment company Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM146mil over breach of contract.
Gold traders Murshid Meam Ghouse Musa Meam and 1,064 others are claiming for gold products and monies contractually owed to them by Genneva Malaysia.
