PWD director fined RM1mil for graft

JOHOR BARU: A Public Works Department director was fined RM1.15mil and sentenced to a year’s jail for corruption.

Putrajaya JKR maintenance division director Datuk Abd Rahim Ahmad, 58, was found guilty of abusing his position as the maintenance facility project director of the Customs, Immigration and Quaran-tine complex at Bangunan Sultan Iskandar and the Johor Baru Sentral building in Bukit Chagar.
