Seri Delima rep will not be charged with sedition today

GEORGE TOWN: Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer will not be charged with sedition on Thursday.

"We have been informed by the deputy public prosecutor (DPP) that they have received instructions from the Attorney-General Chambers not to press charges yet.
