PETALING JAYA: PAS has the right to push for hudud laws, but its implementation in Kelantan is subject to consensus from PKR and DAP, said Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
The Opposition leader, in a press conference here Wednesday, said the consensus was required if it involved constitutional amendments.
