> Woman claims sister’s boyfriend raped underage daughter
A 42-year-old woman claimed that her sister’s boyfriend raped her underage daughter who delivered a baby boy two years ago. The woman claimed she had lodged a police report but no action had been taken so far. She then turned to Malim Nawar assemblyman Leong Cheok Keng for help. According to Leong, the baby was taken care by the woman’s sister, who kept asking her money to raise the child. Leong also said the woman claimed her sister refused to return the baby.
> Man hides in toilet after failed burglary bid
A 24-year-old man failed in his attempt to burgle RM55,000 from a supermarket in Port Klang after the security guard alerted the police. He was found hiding in the toilet. The suspect was a former staff of the supermarket and believed to have sneaked into the premise while it was still open. He had kept himself out of sight and took action after the supermarket closed.
