Indonesian singer Kris Dayanti will continue to fly MAS to come to Malaysia. She said death could happen anywhere and anytime, and that she believed fate and God determined the death of a person. Kris has been flying with MAS since 1998.

In order to help the Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry monitor the prices of consumer goods in Kuala Lumpur during the festive period, 6,015 consumers will act as its spies. Joint-chairman of Kuala Lumpur Consumers Movement Datuk Rahim Baba said the operation started Sunday and will end on Aug 5.
