Brahim's invests RM95mil in Burger King franchise

PETALING JAYA: Brahim’s Holdings Bhd (Brahim’s) has invested RM95mil in the Malaysian and Singaporean franchise of global quick service restaurant Burger King.

The investment was done via Brahim’s wholly-owned subsidiary Brahim’s Trading Sdn Bhd and a special purpose vehicle (SPV) Quantum Angel Sdn Bhd, which together bought the 100% equity interest in Rancak Selera Sdn Bhd – an investment holding company of Ekuiti Nasional Bhd.
