Senior swimmers are back in team after leaving scene last year


Oldies but still goodies: Chan Jie and Welson Sim (pic, below) will be making a return to the national swimming team following a change in coaches at the helm.

KUALA LUMPUR: Welson Sim has made the A cut for the Olympics before and Chan Jie had smashed a national record at the age of 27 last year.

So it was a surprise when both swimmers left the Bukit Jalil base when American coach Chris Martin was in charge of the national programme.
