PARIS (Reuters) - World Cup winners Sam Whitelock, Aaron Smith and Beauden Barrett are confident New Zealand will bounce back from their opening loss to France, but all are united in thinking that discipline has to improve.

The trio felt there were positives to take out of Friday's first World Cup pool stage loss for New Zealand in 32 matches going back to 1987, even if it did leave them in unfamiliar territory.
