JOHOR BARU: It has not been plain sailing for defending Super League champions Negri Sembilan, who have won only one of four matches they have played so far – and it will be another tough journey when they travel north to face Perlis in Kangar this Wednesday.
After a scoreless draw against newcomers Johor FC in the opening match and a 3-1 win over Selangor in mid-week, Negri have only four points to their credit and are in ninth place in the 13-team league.
