PETALING JAYA: The National Water Services Commission (SPAN) is investigating the presence of 19 drums of scheduled waste found at a vacant premises close to the banks of Sungai Langat in Taman Reko in Kajang.SPAN enforcement officers found 13 160-litre capacity drums and six five-litre capacity drums containing solvents on Tuesday, which they said were not properly managed.
