Top grades at Garden International

IN the recent IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) examination over half of the grades obtained by Garden International School (GIS) students were A* and A grades. Ronald Halim equalled the school IGCSE results achieved last year by Cheah Wei Ying and Chua Guan Leong by scoring 10 A grade passes with 9 A*s. What made Ronald#146;s achievement even more remarkable is that he joined the school as an EAL (English as an Additional Language) student in Year Eight.
