Enhanced jail term, caning for man for second rape

A father who is serving a 16-year jail sentence and receiving eight strokes of the rotan for raping a 15-year-old girl in September last year, was yesterday sentenced to a further 18 years#8217; jail and ordered to be given 12 strokes of the rotan after he pleaded guilty to raping an 11-year-old girl.
