Child rape cases very high

It’s a sad story. The majority of rape cases in the country over the past three years involved girls aged between 13 and 15. More distressingly, 90% of the statutory rapes were consensual and not forced upon the victims. Some were even ‘willing prizes’ for Mat Rempit. The major factors behind the problems are culture and peer pressure.
