Art course in UK for contest winner

IN conjunction with the exhibition 'In Print: Contemporary British Art from the Paragon Press' - held at the National Art Gallery until Feb 22 and in line with its mission to promote cultural exchange between Britain and Malaysia, the British Council is running an art competition open to those between 18 and 28.
