KAMPALA, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on Friday ruled out an Ebola lockdown, urging the public to concentrate on work.
"People should go ahead and concentrate on their work without worry," Museveni said in a tweet.
